Velvet Crush

Happy Monday ladies,

That was the fastest weekend ever. Can you believe that it is December this week!

On Friday it was my mum’s birthday and so we decided to nip down to our favourite place, Castle Leslie for a nice lunch. We had a lovely afternoon which was all very relaxed and chilled!

Friday wasn’t as cold as it has been recently so I selected this cute velvet floral number from Topshop(here). Velvet is most definitely this season’s biggest trend. I love how this little dress is so figure-flattering and is finished with pretty frill neck detail!

I teamed this little dress with Over-the-knee boots from River Island(here) and a velvet choker to tie the entire look together. It’s an incredibly comfortable look and its bang on trend too!
