Khaki In Fall!

Those of you who already follow me on snapchat will have noticed that my friend and I headed off on Sunday on a little road trip and seeing as the weather was so nice we decided to go to see The Powerscourt Waterfall. I ashamed to say that neither of us had ever been and so we thought it would be something nice to do on a Sunday afternoon and it didn’t disappoint!

The weather has been so humid and I knew I didn’t want to wear jeans as there was going to be lots of walking and sightseeing so comfort was key.

I chose to wear this little khaki green playsuit dress (shop here) yes it is actually shorts, how cute is that?!! I teamed it with matching espadrille plimsolls (shop here) from River Island and finished the look with a simple gold chain (shop here) also from River Island.

As I said in the previous post, khaki is taking over the high street and it is a welcome change from the sea of black, as it is a lot easier and more wearable against the Irish skin tone!

The whole ensemble was so comfortable and perfect for an afternoon of hiking around the Powerscourt.
