On Sunday last Savvy Sassy Business Women organised a fabulous ‘Style yourself confident’ fashion show in Castleknock Hotel and Country Club, to raise awareness for some worthy charities, such as Marie Keating Foundation and the Irish Deaf Society.

The ladies arrived to a champagne reception and a delicious afternoon tea, Cathy O’Connor then kicked off the show.

The day included an array of makeup, beauty, mindfulness and fashion tips. This is where I come in, I had roped in some wonderful models who have ‘real women’ body shapes and sizes to showcase the fabulous selection of sponsored clothing from Debenhams Blanchardstown and Divine Boutique Maynooth. Prior to the day’s event, I was lucky enough to be able to hand pick each of the models outfits to ensure individual body types, shapes and personal tastes were all catered for.

The event also sponsored a lucky prize winner who won a styling session with me as well as a facial, makeup and hair throughout the day.

I tailored my styling piece to include formal wear, casual wear and occasion. I felt the audience really related to the selection of choices, let me know what you think.

My choice of outfit for the afternoon was this gorgeous navy and nude lace midi dress from Zara, I let the dress do the talking and kept the accessories simple with nude shoes and matching clutch bag from Dune, This dress has since sold out online nevertheless it is still available in-store in Blanchardstown shopping centre.
