Breton Stripes & Denim Button Down

Today I had to run a few errands in Town so the outfit I chose had to be a comfortable one.

The combo of the season has to be Breton stripes and denim skirts (mini, midi, button down etc.)

A denim skirt is the easiest thing to style for summer and therefore it’s one of my go-to pieces. You might have seen me styling this skirt in a previous post, only with a much dressier look and I intend to get lots more wear out of it once the weather holds up.

It’s such a wearable look and you can add your own touches to the look to make it more ‘styled’. In today’s look I’m wearing a little stripe t-shirt and denim skirt, white skater shoes and a white cross body bag from Penney’s. It’s such a basic outfit but I think everything just works so well together.

The denim skirt is a huge staple of the summer and I’ve been living in them almost daily, pairing them with anything from converse to my knee high gladiators which I will show you also in the near future.
